We specialize in high-quality shapewear, bodyshapers, corsets, and waist trainers designed to enhance your confidence and comfort.

2. How do I contact customer support?

Ordering & Payments

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and PayPal.

4. Is my payment information secure?

Yes! We use SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal). We never store your full payment details.

5. Can I cancel or modify my order?

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if unshipped. After that, contact us immediately.
  • Modifications (e.g., address changes) are only possible if the order hasn’t been processed.

Shipping & Delivery

6. How long does shipping take?

  • USA Orders: 5–10 business days after processing.
  • International Orders: 7–15 business days (varies by destination).
  • Note: Items may ship from US or international warehouses (e.g., EU, Asia) depending on stock, which may add 3–7 days to delivery.

7. Do you offer tracking?

Yes! A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.

8. What if my package is lost or delayed?

  • Check tracking first. For delays beyond 10 days (USA) or 15 days (international), email us with your order number.
  • Lost packages may require a non-delivery certificate from your local post office.

Returns & Exchanges

9. What is your return policy?

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Full refunds for damaged/incorrect items. Partial refunds for minor issues.

10. How do I start a return?

  1. Email contact@bodyshaperstore.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide a return address and instructions.
  3. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt.

11. Do you offer exchanges?

We currently offer refunds only. To “exchange,” place a new order after receiving your refund.


Product & Sizing

12. How do I choose the right size?

Check our Size Chart (linked on each product page). Measure yourself carefully and compare to the chart.

13. What if the product doesn’t fit?

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for incorrect sizing. Double-check measurements before ordering.

14. Are your products machine-washable?

Most items are hand-wash only. Refer to the care instructions on the product label.


International Orders

15. Do you ship to my country?

Troubleshooting

17. My tracking hasn’t updated. What should I do?

18. The product arrived damaged. What now?

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video of the damage. We’ll resolve it promptly!
