1. Eligibility for Returns/Refunds
We accept returns, refunds, or replacements only under the following conditions:
a. Orders Delayed
- US orders exceeding 30 days from the shipment date (with valid tracking) may qualify for a reshipment or refund.
- Delays due to incorrect addresses, customs, or unclaimed packages are not eligible. Customers must contact their local post office to resolve delivery issues.
b. Orders Not Received
- If tracking shows “delivered,” no refund/reshipment is permitted.
- For lost packages, a signed non-delivery certificate from the USPS or carrier is required to process claims.
c. Damaged Products
- Full refunds/replacements are offered for significant damage (e.g., torn seams, broken clasps).
- Partial refunds (up to 50%) may be issued for minor issues (e.g., loose threads, slight wrinkles).
- Exclusions: No claims accepted for damaged packaging or items used/washed.
d. Incorrect or Missing Items
- Wrong items: Full refund/replacement upon proof (photos/video).
- Wrong size/color: Partial refund (20%) or reshipment if the error is ours (provide size measurement photos).
- Missing parts: Replacement of missing components only.
e. Order Cancellations
- Cancel within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Orders already processed/shipped cannot be canceled.
2. How to Initiate a Claim
- Contact our team at support@bodyshaperstore.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Provide:
- Order number.
- Photos/video of the issue.
- Screenshot of your complaint (e.g., email, tracking).
- For returns, await approval and return instructions.
3. Return Process
- Pre-approved returns only: Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error is ours.
- Refunds processed within 5 business days of receipt.
4. Important Exceptions
a. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays/damages caused by unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, customs).
b. Shipping Restrictions
- No claims accepted for untracked shipping methods (e.g., standard USPS).
- Remote addresses (e.g., PO boxes, territories like Puerto Rico) may incur delays/extra fees.
c. Unacceptable Disputes
No refunds/reshipments for:
- Buyer’s remorse or wrong size/color ordered.
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided.
- “Item not as described” without proof.
- Odors or minor cosmetic flaws.
5. Final Notes
- Dispute claims filed through payment gateways (e.g., PayPal) without prior contact will result in account suspension.
- We comply with all US consumer protection laws. State-specific rights may apply.
